In Oak Doer,the good quality of our products is our top priority. We cooperate with SGS,CTC,BTTG and other testing institutions to test the physical indicators of new products,we have got Oeko-Tex,CE,REACH certifications and so on.Whether testing the new products, collecting some exciting ideas or working together.Before a new collection or new product is sent to production, we usually test them in the real world.Of course,the clothing is tested by the relevant trade group. We also test the products by our teams, the test people give us feedbacks during and after the test periods,the feedbacks are given to the design department to adjust the models before being sent to production.
During the holidays, I put down my work and drive to go fishing outdoors.Fishing is one of my hobbies,which is not only a kind of physical and mental relaxation, but also an important way to draw inspiration for design.
Fishing requires not only good equipments, but also suitable clothes. Our newly developed softshell jacket is my optimal choice.The fabric is made of three layers,outside: 94%polyester+6%spandex 75D plain 4-way elastic/stretch fabric inside:100%polyester plain fabric with TPU membrane,weight:240gsm in total.And the surface is treated with fluorine-free water, 5000mm H2O ISO811,which is more environmentally, friendly and healthy. It can also be used for fishing in rainy days with ease. At the same time, it has high air permeability,5000gsm/day JISL1099B(Equal to 3000gsm/day ASTME96BW-95),which keeps windbreaker and warm without feeling stuffy. We use SBS brand 5#waterproof zippers, to make sure the zippers smooth and durable.
One day, I met my colleague with her child playing on “a slide” ,recisely speaking,on a concrete slope, She fixed the child’s buttocks with the above fabric of the softshell jacket as a floor mat. Sliding down again and again, and playing for a long time,then we checked our fabric, there was no changes in the fabric. This is the simplest and most naive way to test the fabric strength.
